    Yes, and the same time, you will be respecting the user’s decisions on how he/she wants to browse the web. (If you have a black desktop, with black controls, it is disgusting to browse white sites)
    Putting too much detail into a website, will make it unfriendly to blind people, for example. (How a site is supposed to be read to blind people? What about people with epilepsy?)
    And there is a cost-effectivity trade off which is better addressed by simple html.

    CSS with Notepad++ = Win;

  17. TehGom Says:

    I just directly use the text editor in my website’s cPanel. I used Microsoft Expression to start up the template, but then direct html for adding content =D

    because most people don’t trust WYSIWYG software programs lik Dw, it would be better to use text editor by editing the codes manually to assure that there’s no errors. im Using UltraEdit text editor btw.

  21. TehGom Says:

    CSS with Notepad = Fail.

    CSS with Dreamweaver = Win.

    Most people don’t have Dw.

  22. tencruise Says:

    I know Application programs such as dreamweaver or frontpage or watever.But the basic concepts are not applied through notepad cuz people becomes so sluggish.efficiency of simple html codes are easy to handle and no burden of confusion and complex codes.
