    The dvd provided a good selection of exercises to be performed on the bosu. They ranged from beginner, novice level to very advanced. The exercises covered a squat series, hamstring series, a kneeling series, an ab series and a creative pushup series. Some of the exercises did require a medicine ball. The dvd also provided a few exercise programs at the end that included other equipment but incorporated the bosu. The dvd was well done. The instructor’s voice was a little monotone.

    Lots of great ideas. I would have liked verbal ques on body form but found this very beneficial as a personal trainer.

    I was amazed at the number and variety of moves demonstrated with the use of the BOSU. The DVD lists several possible exercise groupings at the end of the entire presentation, which help a person know which movements to put together to make a great and challenging workout. Take it slow and easy if just a beginner!!!

    I thought I was purchasing a workout dvd. But it is really a training DVD for personal trainers. It just shows you how to use the bosu ball. It is NOT a fitness routine! You can just watch the dvd and take notes on how to use the bosu. If want to follow along with the dvd I suggest you purchase Master your body dvd series “Body Bar and Bosu training” It’s an excellent routine!!!!

    This is a very comprehensive program for Bosu training and it works. When I started adding the exercises to my leg routine it blew me away. The one leg exercises are comprehensive. Definitely challenging but the program is set up as a progression for any fitness level. I thought it was just for a leg workout but he has a unique upperbody workout that hits every area for tone and strength. I have been working out for years and have tried many philosophies of training but this is one of the best and it is a whole body workout. I like how the author not only demonstrates the exercises but ends the DVD by laying out some workout suggestions that are easy to implement. The DVD covers the following: Squat Sereies, Unilateral Exercises, Lunge Series, Upper Body Series, Knee Series, Jumps and Hops, Abs, Push-up Series, and more. I highly recommend it if you are looking to change up your routine in a creative and challenging way.
