Ilan Dei Studio have designed and fabricated the interior of a concept fashion boutique and eyewear gallery, located near their design studio and workshop in Venice, California.
From the designers:
The design intention takes cues from a variety of inspirations, ranging from the Eames bent plywood processes and skateboard construction to the sand dune formations and ocean waves seen along the neighboring coast.

I’m thrilled for Garrett! The store is exactly what i would expect from him, with Larry’s influence, of course, Thank you for posting the pics, it’s much appreciated, And kudos to Garrett, I was at the hospital when Garrett was born, So all of this is amazing to me, WOW!

Watched them build this 1 night, Looked really cool, but the unfinished wood im just not diggin. Feel like with a little more work this place could have popped alot more.

though i’ve seen this style attempted from other studios/designers/builders, i find this is the best one so far. Very well executed, stylish and still seems very functional. Definitively like the spokes as shoe display. A+ for me…
