   I purchased this product to help me with my backyard. I recently moved into a new place and the yard needed a lot of work. A friend told me about Total 3D Home & Landscape and boy am I glad he did. I felt the software was very easy to use with fantastic options. With lots of hard work and following the plan I created with this product my yard turned out amazing! I truly recommend this software for anyone working on their home or landscape.

   This product is fun to play with. I like all the options. It does take up a lot of space on the computer though. It has a lot of options and designs, which I like though.

   Have tried repeatedly to use this software to plan decor and future additions to my home. Very difficult to use! It actually erased the floor in one of the upstairs bedrooms with no apparent remedy, is extremely limited on how you are allowed to “size” furnishings, creating stairways is extremely difficult, the tutorial only covers a small amount of information, and there is no manual included with the software. I do not like using this at all!

   I bought this software to design my gardens. Another reviewer here raves about how easy it was for him to manipulate, but it almost drove me to throw a temper-tantrum. He must work for the Company.

   Like the other reviewers, I have plenty of computer experience. I don’t understand why they make this program so difficult to use. There are buttons that work on this screen and not that screen (so many useless buttons and menus) that you lose track of what you were doing while trying to figure out how to move that blasted rectangle. You CAN form any shape desired, given that you have nothing to do for hours on end.

   My dad is an architect, so I vaguely know how to use AutoCAD. Learning that arcane programmer language would be much easier than using this. Now I’m angry and frustrated and my husband is hiding in the bedroom. I should have stuck with my graph paper and pencil.

   I was going to sell this product on Amazon.com, but after reading these reviews, I just can’t do this to you guys. Please, steer clear of this software until the kinks are worked out.

   I recieved this as a gift for Xmas….this is how I ended up with it, otherwise I might have been scared adfter reading the reviews here. But this is very effective software if you are familiar with cad or at least some sort of design software. I have a background in design and am familiar with other 3d software. I also use 20/20 kitchen software. My laptop is loaded with Gig and RAM so that makes alot of difference. It took a long time to load the software…I havent had one crash and quickly designed a 3500 sq ft house. I admit there is a few things I dont like about this software, it could be much better, but viewing the house in 3d is pretty good for the price. It has enough options to choose from. The graphics are not bad, but dont expect it to look as great as the box images. Im not done exploring it yet. If you have a pc with the power and goodies and you perhaps a slight background using this type of software, it should be aequate for doing alot of useful tasks, otherwise yeah, dont be disapointed because your pc cant handle it.
